Is it safe to drive with a cracked windscreen?
It's not safe to drive with a cracked windscreen, as the windscreen could break whilst you're driving. Additionally, since the windscreen is part of the vehicle, it could lessen protection in the case of accidents.
MOT rules this off as a potential fail depending on how cracked the windscreen is. That's why we aim to get your windscreen fixed in no time.
Can my windscreen be repaired, rather than replaced?
If the crack is minor or tiny, then it can be changed. Otherwise, it's best to ask for a replacement.
Chips that are the size of a 2 pound coin can be repaired. If you need help deciding or want to double check, contact us so we can help you decide.
Can I wash my car after a repair?
Yes, however not immediately. It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before using a high-pressure car wash. Manual car washes can be done immediately though.
I have cameras/mirrors in my car hooked to the windscreen, what can you do with that?
You won't have to worry about cameras and mirrors on your windscreen since they will be handled by us. However, some camera features may need to be adjusted or recalibrated after repair.
Do I have to be aware about rain, sun or temperatures?
No, your windscreens won't affect the repair unless in extreme weather conditions.
Can I delay my repair?
You can, but it's advised not to unless under emergency circumstances to avoid failing the MOT and/or to prevent the glass from breaking.

No, not directly. Our services are most ideal for those who are not using insurance or just want a quicker repair.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer warranty for all repairs and glasses we fix. If you see an issue, we will fix it.
